巨大なモールに隣接してるので買い物には困りません。 治安もいいです。 ただモール內で深夜までバイクや車の音がうるさかったかな。 部屋は狹かったけど特に困りませんでした。 総合的にはいいホテルですのでリピートはありです。

每次來克拉克都會住在這裡，離SM太近了…自己出門吃飯逛街也很安全。外賣也方便。主要是位置好…滿足日常一切需要。

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take any photos, but we had a really great time during our stay. The room we booked was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The only minor downside was the parking, although the hotel has its own parking area, the spaces are quite limited, so we had to park a bit farther away. They do, however, offer free parking at a nearby space, and you can also park for free at the nearby SM City Clark parking lot, just make sure to ask them about it. Breakfast was delicious, though the selection could be improved. The location is also very convenient, especially with SM City Clark just a short walk away. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again the next time we visit Clark.

One of the Best staycation stay for us. The kids felt relaxed and at home. Accommodating and Friendly Staff. The the Best Room, Pillows and everything else.

Pros: 1. Staff are well-trained & courteous. 2. Satisfying food, breakfast & dinner. Cons: 1. Swimming pool is under renovation, no notice upon booking. 2. Asked for a queen bed, but turned-out it was two single matress joined together, which made it uncomfortable in the back since you can feel the gap, it's disappointing.

Outside of Clark this hotel is one of the best places to stay in Angeles City. A large SM mall is next door, the hotel is modern, clean and neat with pleasant professional staff. You can park your car for free in SM car park. There is a nice bar and a lovely little pool, spa etc. Good food options too. Recommended.

Generally okay experience. What bothered me is a frontdesk employee parked her car in front of mine blocking my exit.  the guard on duty informed that is was owned by the frontdesk employee. Instead of immediately removing, she had to call another employee ( a man in suite) to move her car which took a bit of time.  not sure if its a local thing in angeles.  but generally a good experience.

SM city clarkの巨大ショッピングセンターの奧にあるホテル。買い物、レストランは全てそこで済む立地で便利です。お部屋は清潔感があり、水回りはアジアの中では綺麗な方です。タオルは綺麗で、毎日ペットボトルのお水を2本いただけます。 スタッフの対応が素晴らしく、配車や朝食パックの対応、電子レンジの溫め、お湯や氷のリクエストなど柔軟に対応くださいました。 朝のジョギングもショッピングセンター內で。外は道路がひっくり返ってるところがおおいので、中は安全でした。 サイトには洗濯機ルームがある感じの表記でしたが、実際なく、ランドリーサービス有料だけです。 何よりsm city內は安全に過ごせるのでおすすめです！

We enjoyed the pool all by ourself. The kiddie pool was heated so I didn’t have to worry if my kid swam for too long. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The staff were so accommodating. I also liked that the gym was complete with sanitation kits.
